Returns Eligibility

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The item is in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including (but not limited to):

- Health & beauty products once opened
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Mint Fares Ltd is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
